Morrigan & Lilith

I think its time for me to share what succubus are and what can they do…

By definition, a succubus (plural of succubi; from Latin succubare, “to lie under”) is a female demon which comes to men, especially monks, in their dreams to seduce them, drawing energy from the men to sustain themselves, often until the point of exhaustion or death. This legend was an explanation for the phenomena of wet dreams and sleep paralysis.

I have friends who have encountered a succubi in their dreams, even myself have experienced same. They would actually appear as a very sexy and tempting lady and will seduce you till you give in to her. Often they’d appear as the one you fantasize (most probably your crush, an artist). You have a night with her and the next thing you feel is waking up tired and feeling exhausted.

There are two popular succubus (usually from an arcade game developed by capcom, Morrigan and Lilith.

Morrigan 

Morrigan is a succubus who is very vain and lives for little more than the excitement of battle. She appears as a beautiful woman with long, light green hair, large breasts, and bat-like wings on her back and on the sides of her head. Morrigan can reshape these wings into spikes and blades when attacking her enemies, as well as using them to shield herself from enemy attacks. Her wings can also separate from her, and form into a cloud of bats. She uses a variety of magical attacks as well.

mythology:

Morrigan’s name (I believe) was adopted from a figure in an Irish mythology who was once appeared to be a goddess. She often appear in the form of a crow flying above the warriors. She is considered as a war deity having a role of predicting a violent death of a warrior.

Other writers also believed that there is something more about the goddess morrigan, an article by Angelique Gulermovich Epstein says Morrigan is also a death goddess, and a transporter of life and death

>Lilith

Lilith is the other part of Morrigan, the other part of Morrigan’s power when Belial forcefully divided her powers into three. One part, He sealed into himself and the other one in a sealed off space. The sealed off power begun to recognize herself ten years roughly after sealing. 

Jeddah gave Lilith a body on his plot to lure Morrigan and the other darkstalkers. She is like a child who doesn’t know the true darkness yet, but she is also a capable and dangerous seductress.

After she and Morrigan met, Lilith was finally able to return to her true self when she and Morrigan fused back together into one.

Lilith was believed to be the first wife of Adam. Created by God himself together with Adam. Others believe that there are missing links on the scriptures.

In Genesis 1:27 – “So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.” Others believe this is the first creation of Man (adam) and woman (eve). This quite puzzles others because Genesis 2:7 tells the first creation of Man. (I don’t want to confuse anybody, I’m just sharing what I have read)

Truth about succubus:

It is generally said that the Succubus race absorbs the spirit of the opposite sex and uses it as their own energy source. But the succubus that live in the Aensland family are slightly different. They create a special secretion liquid in their body when they are either physically or mentally stimulated. They use this liquid to maintain their life. If one were to be trapped inside a small secluded area, she would die within two days due to the lack of stimulus.

This is because the liquid needed to maintain her life can’t be secreted. But to make up for this, they have become able to look into the dreams of others. When no stimulus was given, they evolved to look for other ways to look for excitement. When a creature dreams, a special secretion liquid is formed in the brain. A succubus can take this liquid from the outside. Those who have been robbed feels a strange feeling. As if ones dream was completely taken away. This is quite different from not having any memory of a dream. This liquid, which the succubus robbed, is dissolved into the body of the succubus and is composed.

Their blood and saliva has a powerful lustful effect. A human would instantly die the moment they come in contact with it. Their body odor causes their blood vessels to dilate and causes a large amount of perspiration. If a man is confronted by a succubus, unless they have a very strong mind, they would instantly be under her spell.

The succubus race lives about 400 years. Roughly ten years after they are born, they gain their adult appearance and keep this beautiful form until they die. Their beautiful appearance is kept intact even when they are old. Over the past several hundred years, their ability to reproduce has been in danger. The amount of spirit that can be taken from an individual is limited. Their search for new dreams have caused them to reach into the human world. But it is becoming more and more difficult to reach a good amount of nutrition. When Morrigan became the successor of the Aensland family, there were roughly only 200 Succubus left. At this rate, the Succubus race would disappear after one or two generations. However, the Succubus themselves do not care about the crisis and are enjoying their everyday lives.
